Debt calculations

Debt results assume a constant APR, monthly compounding, on-time payments and no additional borrowing or charges. Lenders may calculate interest differently. Contact the lender for an exact settlement or repayment figure.

Student loan calculations

Student loan results are simplified estimates. UK mode estimates repayments from income above a threshold and does not model every plan rule, write-off date, salary change or interest-rate cap. US/private mode treats the loan like fixed-rate debt and does not include fees, forbearance, forgiveness, income-driven repayment changes or new borrowing. Check your official loan account or servicer before relying on figures.

Goal calculations

Goal results assume regular end-of-month contributions and a constant entered return. They do not ensure the target will be reached.

Data availability and accuracy

We aim to make calculations and data sources clear, but data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Results should be checked independently before being relied upon.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the service or its data suppliers. Automated extraction or commercial republication requires permission.
